1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by 57ph (operated at https://57ph.app), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of 57ph and must not attempt to create or access an account. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 57ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines and is strictly enforced.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of others).
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 57ph or any associated gaming software provider.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise banned from 57ph or any other gaming platform pursuant to a voluntary or compulsory exclusion order.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information — including regarding your age — is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

57ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership) at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on 57ph. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your account.
• You must notify 57ph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• 57ph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to request your password is fraudulent.
• All bets and transactions made while logged into your account are deemed to have been made by you and are binding, except where fraudulent unauthorized access can be demonstrated and promptly reported.

57ph uses industry-standard SSL encryption for all data transmission and stores passwords in hashed format. Despite these security measures, you acknowledge that internet transmission is not entirely secure and that 57ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on 57ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 57ph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies on behalf of players.

Deposits:

• Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay/QR Ph transfers.
• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account tier and verification status.
• Deposits are credited in real time for GCash and Maya; bank transfers typically credit within 15–30 minutes during banking hours.
• 57ph does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may charge their own transfer fees, for which 57ph bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal and daily/weekly limits vary by account tier.
• Standard processing target: within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• 57ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified of any hold on their withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of wagering requirements associated with active bonuses.

All players are required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. 57ph reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the AMLC, where legally required.

5. Gameplay, Wagering, and Results

All games offered on 57ph — including live casino tables, slot games, bingo rooms, and crash games — are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for software games and by live physical processes (e.g., card shuffles, roulette ball physics) for live casino games.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or system error during an active game round, 57ph will resolve the affected bet in accordance with its technical malfunction policy. The decision of 57ph's technical team in such cases is final.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed except where explicitly provided for by the specific game rules.
• 57ph reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of system errors, software bugs, or pricing/odds errors that resulted in abnormal payouts inconsistent with the stated game rules.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection. 57ph is not liable for game session interruptions caused by the player's device or network.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Program

57ph offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds on low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• 57ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse or where continued operation would be contrary to the platform's interests or regulatory requirements.
• VIP loyalty points are earned based on real-money wagering and do not accrue on bonus bets unless specifically stated. Points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 57ph and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification, including misrepresenting your age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, exploit games, or manipulate outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 57ph as a conduit for any proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software errors, RNG weaknesses, pricing mistakes, or any other technical defect for personal gain.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 57ph staff, live dealers, or other players via chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Accessing 57ph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where your access would violate applicable local laws.
• Attempting to access or tamper with the accounts of other users.

8. Responsible Gaming

57ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. In compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements, 57ph provides the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after defined play durations to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from 57ph for a fixed period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently). During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive marketing communications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on 57ph — including but not limited to the 57ph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, and software — is the intellectual property of 57ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 57ph platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any 57ph content without prior written authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematic extraction of content from 57ph by automated means is expressly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, 57ph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 57ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

57ph expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or power outages beyond 57ph's direct control.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays in GCash or bank transfer processing caused by those third parties.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to properly secure their account credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information displayed on the platform that contains typographical or administrative errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 57ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

57ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or source-of-funds verification within a required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandating account closure.

Upon termination, any bonus balances are forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via the last-used payment method, subject to any outstanding AML or verification requirements and applicable regulatory holds.

Players may voluntarily close their own accounts at any time by contacting 57ph customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 57ph, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting 57ph support. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

57ph is committed to fair treatment of all complaints. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to the support email address listed below and will receive a written response within 10 business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

57ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — including those affecting player rights, bonus terms, or financial policies — will be communicated to registered players via the email or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a provision, or updates required by regulatory guidance) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of 57ph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
